They all showed much excitement and enthusiasm in what was their very first Snow Volleyball experience – especially as they could test their skills and learn more about the coolest version of the game on the very same courts that will host matches featuring some of the top teams in Europe.
The CEV Snow Volleyball European Tour stop at Kahramanmaraş Yedikuyular Ski Centre coincides with the return of international Snow Volleyball competition to Turkey after the break imposed by the coronavirus pandemic. The country has already much experience in hosting such events – doing so in the very early years since the addition of Snow Volleyball to the CEV’s portfolio.
Teams from as many as 16 countries are due to compete in Kahramanmaraş later this week – including visitors from outside of Europe (i.e. Canada and Iran) and a trio from Gibraltar who will be accounting for the first appearance of their country on the international stage.
