Uralochka break Cannes' winning streak
The first game of Pool E in 2020 delivered a small surprise, as undefeated hosts RC Cannes suffered their first loss in the #CLVolleyW. The first part hosts opened confidently, but already in decisive part of this set we had a fierce fight, eventually won by the hosts. But this gave even more motivation and power to Uralochka-NTMK EKATERINBURG, who desperately needed a win in this game. Thanks to very good reception, the visitors dominated game in the second and third set having Kseniia Parubets as their strongest weapon. The last two parts were very close as both teams tried to show their best Volleyball, but eventually it was Uralochka celebrating a victory after this nail-biting battle. Parubets scored match-high - impressive 39 points what gave her also the title of the MVP.
